or IGES format. For 2D drawings with reference dimensions, kindly provide them in PDF format.
Complete manufacturing information must be included in the technical documentation for a
thorough assessment. Please note that informal communication via Whatsapp, email, etc.,
will not be acknowledged for manufacturing purposes.
2. How quickly can I get my parts?
For quality parts, a turnaround time of as little as two weeks is possible when complete 2D and
3D CAD models are provided. Parts with more complexity or special features may take longer.
To obtain precise lead times for your project, request a quote.
In terms of shipping, the majority of our shipments use air freight, ensuring delivery within a few
days from China to Europe or North America.
3. What cosmetic standards do you guarantee?
Upholding stringent quality standards, our CNC machined parts undergo standard deburring and
edge-breaking procedures. Clear indications in technical drawings are required for any critical
edges that should be left sharp.
Surfaces are guaranteed to be defect-free, ensuring the absence of scratches, dents, stains,
blemishes, hanging marks, and minor imperfections. Critical surfaces (primary (a) side, as outlined
in technical drawings) will be meticulously free from mill steps and other marks.
On the secondary (b) side, minor hanging marks and up to 2 minor defects are considered within
acceptable limits. Additionally, a range of post-processing and finishing methods can be applied to
enhance surface roughness, visual aesthetics, and wear resistance for CNC machined parts.
